Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
- Provide administrative support to various roles and functions within the Children, Youth & Family Services function of Southern Cross Support Services.
- Provide timely and responsive communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records, databases, and systems.
- Input and manage data in various applications and systems.
- Attend and participate in meetings for minute taking and administrative insights.
- Generate reports and assist with data as required for reporting requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and document creation / updates.
- Assist with other operational administrative tasks as required
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Experience working in an administrative role within the community services sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and other organisational tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with managers and employees and in some cases, stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent organisation & attention to detail skills along with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and having a willingness to learn.
- Blue Card for Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
- Drivers Licence
