Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:

  • Provide administrative support to various roles and functions within the Children, Youth & Family Services function of Southern Cross Support Services.
  • Provide timely and responsive communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records, databases, and systems.
  • Input and manage data in various applications and systems.
  • Attend and participate in meetings for minute taking and administrative insights.
  • Generate reports and assist with data as required for reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and document creation / updates.
  • Assist with other operational administrative tasks as required

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience working in an administrative role within the community services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and other organisational tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with managers and employees and in some cases, stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent organisation & attention to detail skills along with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and having a willingness to learn.
  • Blue Card for Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
  • Drivers Licence
