Administrative / Customer Service Officers - State Government Opportunity

Multiple temporary ASO2 & ASO3 Roles within the State Government!

  • Are you available immediately?
  • Do you have a valid NPC? (within the last 12 months)Do you have a strong administrative background?

  • Randstad is currently working on multiple Admin Officer roles within the SA State Government on a temporary contract.

All roles will be varied and will involve (but not limited to):

  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Data entry with high attention to detail
  • Providing high level, confidential administrative support
  • Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Ad hoc reporting, filing and other administrative tasks as required

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Have the ability to adapt to different tasks in short timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Organisation skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Work with others in a large team with the ability to work autonomously
  • To be inclusive, understand and respect cultural and religious diversity
  • Commitment and adherence to organisation values and policy and procedure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
