ADMINISTRATION – PART TIME – WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented West Coast Gardens is seeking a Part Time Administration Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting our team. If you’re enthusiastic about fostering growth, have high attention to details, we’d love for you to be a part of our family!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and engage effectively with employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Efficiency: Handle general administrative tasks, including data management, documentation, and office organization. Maintain a smooth flow of operations and support the team as needed.
  • Signage/Stickers - create detailed signage for products, print and create ups’s using POS and label printer and create upc’s in POS with indirect items for Studio.
  • Promotions in POS, sales lists, alert marketing to sales.
  • Ensure closing duties are completed.
  • Cover breaks when needed.
  • Ring through transactions.
  • Help with yearly program management.
  • Basic receiving when needed.
  • work with receiving manager to organize staff and supervise and unpack goods.
