The Administrative Summer Student is based in Regina, SK and reports directly to the Saskatoon Office Manager. This position is a seasonal position which provides administrative assistance & support to our Materials Businesses including billing, accounts payable, inventory support and other related duties. This position will reside in our Saskatoon office.

What you will get to do:

  • Administrative support for billing and accounts payable
  • Sorting, filing & scanning of sales & invoicing documents
  • Assist with various inside sales and customer service duties as required
  • Other projects and duties as required

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum High School Diploma: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration is an asset
  • Previous office experience in an administrative role including payables
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the construction or manufacturing fields.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively within all organization levels
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
