HE KORERO MŌU - ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this position you will have the ability to work to a high level and provide excellent customer service. You will be a strong communicator both in verbal and written communication while having well-developed interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative position. You will have a high level of detail and organisational skills. Advanced keyboard skills are a prerequisite of the role.

This position of Fleet Car Coordinator/ Team Administrator will provide the Community Mental Health and Addiction Service with the coordination and administration of the Mental Health Services car fleet vehicles, Oracle functions, account preparation plus generic administration support where applicable.
This position is an integral part of the Community Mental Health Service team and is an initial link between the community and the service. The position is one that is a focal point for clients, families, visitors and staff. Therefore, the persons we seek for this position will reflect our commitment to customer service and quality.
This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to problem solve and think outside the box. It is an important part of a team who work closely together and with multiple stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
