Description:

Komatsu Forklift Australia promote, sell, hire and service the full range Komatsu and OMG forklifts, from powered pallet trucks through to 25 tonne container handlers with niche products also available to ensure that we have the right solution for our customer’s needs.
The Opportunity:
Komatsu Forklifts based in Prestons Sydney is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team. The Administration Support Officer will organise and assist with the control of the Field Service Team to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu, working directly with the Service Supervisor to divide duties to meet the necessary requirements of Customer and Business support. This role will provide and administer all support functions to ensure that Komatsu provides a high level of service while complying to the customer’s needs.

  • Motivated, customer-focused individual with high level admin experience in construction, mining, earthmoving equipment, or automotive sector
  • Proficient in Pronto Service System is highly regarded

Responsibilities:

  • Compile Pronto work list Hire and Customer from incoming phone calls
  • Allocate work from Pronto Service System considering skills requirement and location of work for our team of 20 service technicians
  • Liaise with Spare Parts Department regarding supply of spare parts for repair and service work
  • Supervise the progress of jobs in field service
  • Supervise the completion of work orders after entry into the Pronto system.
  • Coordinate all overtime worked by field service
  • Coordinate the maintenance and servicing of field service vans
  • Liaise with the Service Supervisor to control production schedule (field)
  • Compile weekly and monthly service reports and assist the branch manager with service administration
