Let’s talk about this role
This casual role will see you provide administration support and take responsibility for the efficient scanning, processing, and management of manual claims for nib’s health division.
In addition, provide support to track claims volumes, to help identify process enhancements and optimise claims automation.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work, offering 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 9am and 6pm.
This role is offered on a casual basis for a duration of 6 to 12 months.

We are seeking someone with a keen attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Excel and previous administrative experience are desirable.
