SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated administration and customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders
  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture
  • Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance
  • Highly developed time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Due to the location of this office you will need to have access to your own transport
  • COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement for this position

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Take ownership of the administration and coordination of this interesting audit and compliance program, as the key point of contact for all program-related enquiries. Working alongside a team of high performing administrators, this role will see you take ownership of all end to end administration responsibilities relating to your allocated audit program - which is where your high level prioritisation and customer service skills will be absolutely essential to your success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to national customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide advice and support regarding scheduling, progress updates and information on relevant programs
  • Database administration, including entering, verifying and maintaining program data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Compilation of data to assist with audit reports or preparation of compliance certificates
  • Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits
