About the Role

  • Ensure that all communication, both oral and written is accurate and informative, and requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Employee Relations Unit for all incoming communication, including the management of a number of shared inboxes.
  • Provide an administration support service to the Employment Relations Team.
  • Assist in the provision of an advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of human resource functions.
  • Participate in the case management and investigation of grievances, industrial matters and disputes.
  • Provide confidential, high level administration support including the production of high quality documents and records; collation of information for preparation of briefing notes; enquiry screening and electronic diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation as required by the Director, Employment Relations.
