ABOUT US:
Rockhampton Hospital is a 305-bed facility and is the main referral hospital for Central Queensland, now providing integrated cancer care services in Central Queensland in the newly established building boasting state of the art medical equipment. The other primary hospitals within the Health Service are Gladstone, Emerald, Yeppoon, and Biloela together with many smaller rural units transfer patients through to Rockhampton for specialist care and investigation.

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
Responsibilities:
The Administration Support Officer provides high level, customer focused, administrative support including day to day counter and reception assistance for Rockhampton Hospital. The responsibilities also include cashier, invoicing, and reporting functions necessary to ensure the accurate and timely recording of revenue, cash and accounts receivable processes for the financial records of the Parking Office, and coordination of the Rockhampton Hospital fleet vehicle bookings and allocations.
- Provide reception and administrative support including maintain filing and archiving systems and responding to a broad range of face-to-face counter enquiries and phone calls, whilst liaising with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Provide assistance with relief coverage, rostering, and training and engage in professional development activities as required by operational and professional reporting line Manager, Parking Facilities Coordinator.
