ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in the role, you will bring forward your previous experience in and administration or operations support role.
Your ‘can do’ attitude, commitment to efficiency, time and project management and great stakeholder management skills will see you achieve excellent outcomes in this role.
The role has great variety and will leverage your ability to self-manage work. You will need to be a self-driven individual with a helpful attitude to your work. Proactively seeking opportunities for improvement, you will prepare and distribute information to employees eg: how to update their contact details, how to do an expense report, how to order work uniform etc.
Comfortable with using MS software suite (Excel), you are a critical thinking with problem-solving skills, and are someone that can make decisions in the best interest of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing purchase requisitions and workflow approvals
  • Supporting of site and new employee onboarding
  • Ensuring all records of training are up to date with maintenance of register and documentation management
  • Supporting Vehicle Safety Programs including training, compliance measures and supporting the deployment of all safety measures
  • Managing contractor services for site maintenance including updating of insurance policies and WorkCover certificates
  • Working closely with other National admin to ensure relevant functions supported.
