This role offers variety of work where you will provide excellent administrative services to a small team, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency and the appropriate prioritisation of tasks.This position will require you to prepare documents inclusive of letters, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes; collate information and documents to undertake research; manage diaries inclusive of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements; coordinate meetings and events encompassing organisation, agenda preparation, venue and catering; data entry, record administration and basic financial/procurement tractions.ABOUT YOUCrucial to your success in this role will be your adaptability, positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a great team. You will also be highly motivated and keen to demonstrate your initiative.
