PERMANENT PART TIME, WORKING 20 HOURS PER WEEK BASED AT WHANGAREI HOSPITAL

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in the Payroll Department at Whangarei Hospital. You will be part of a tightknit, supportive team who manage the end to end Payroll and timesheet processing for Te Tai Tokerau / Northland.
The payroll team is responsible for processing all remuneration entitlements and deductions due to staff, through the liaison with the Payroll Team Leader and HR Service Partners in a timely and accurate manner.
The role of the Administration Support is to support the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely Payroll services for all employees by the following functions:
- Collating / Entry of data
- Filing management
- General administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:
- NCEA level 2 or equivalent
- Beginner / Intermediate computer skills
- Literacy and numeracy experience
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, both internal and external stakeholders
