What you’ll do:

  • Processing beneficiary forms for various clients.
  • Generating service reports.
  • Handling incoming emails.
  • Generating request letters and reminders.
  • Filing/archiving orders and returns.
  • Other related tasks.

Great to haves

We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with one or more of the following:

  • Have at least one year of experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Teams software.
  • Bilingual (Intermediate French and functional English).
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities according to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail and initiative.
