Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Four years of experience performing clerical duties.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or a related field.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
- Experience with/in:
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working with time critical deadlines in fast-paced environment and within strict compliance with state laws, dept. policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the on-body camera database and storage of video files.
- Processing public records video requests and all City and County Prosecutor’s video requests.
- Processing requests for law enforcement, criminal justice entities, and public records requests by redacting video.
- Daily tracking logs will be maintained in addition to complying monthly and quarterly reports of all video requests.
- The employee will ensure that all on-body camera users accurately upload/store videos in the Department’s database and will compile and submit reports of inaccurate and/or incomplete information.
- Act as a liaison with precinct personnel to ensure assigned camera equipment and assignment needs are being met
