BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Community College Diploma, or equivalent;
  • Three (3) years of recent related experience;
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good judgement; able to identify when to seek supervisor’s assistance or advice;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • Initiative, tact, dedication, diplomacy, and a positive attitude;
  • Highly dependable and thorough;
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
