BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Community College Diploma, or equivalent;
- Three (3) years of recent related experience;
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good judgement; able to identify when to seek supervisor’s assistance or advice;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information;
- Initiative, tact, dedication, diplomacy, and a positive attitude;
- Highly dependable and thorough;
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
