This position is responsible for administrative support, customer service, data entry and record keeping and will require the ideal candidate to have excellent attention to detail, strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years project coordination in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking/planning ability with a demonstrated track record in problem solving as well as seeking and creating solutions to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders and staff.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a changing, growing environment.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and within scope.
  • Tracks and analyzes projects’ performance and expenditures and reports variances to management.
  • Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Works with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation for projects.
  • Translates project requirements into tasks, schedules and assigns tasks.
  • Communicates to management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Tracks and analyzes project performance, cost performance, schedule and reports result to management. Makes recommendations for action.
  • Reports and escalates to management as needed.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Closes project and documentation, passes project deliverables to operations.
  • Carries out other related tasks and projects as required.
