Administrative Assistant
Truro, NS
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client in a Real Estate industry.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our client. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls as well as corresponding with the real estate agent staff.
Available Shifts: Hours will vary by week
Casual-Part time coverage as needed.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
  • Sending and receiving correspondence.
  • Greeting clients
  • Assist with Social Media Postings
  • Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
