Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will have the following respondibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Acting as a liaison between various departments, fostering effective communication.
  • Providing administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
  • Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications
Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
