SUMMARY:

Working with AGAT Laboratories, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering “Service Beyond Analysis.” Our ideal candidate is a dynamic team player and is willing to assume new duties as required. As this is an entry-level position, you will be providing administrative and general office support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department. Please note, this is a contract-based position with an anticipated end date of October 20th, 2025.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous administration experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and decision making skills.
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude required.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Position may entail exposure to confidential and sensitive information; confidentiality required.
  • Customer service experience and reception coverage a strong asset.
  • The ability to work in both individually and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports.
  • Reception duties - including answering multiline phone & forwarding as needed.
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Scheduling & calendar management for multiple time zones & meeting locations.
  • Preparation of meeting and presentation materials.
  • Relieve Management of administrative functions.
  • Review standard operating procedures; provide assistance in implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Greeting guest and visitors and ensuring sign-in and security.
  • Filing & archiving.
  • Review, prepare, summarize and complete miscellaneous reports and documents.
  • Process credit requests.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Invoice Submissions.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
