Description:

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant who is eager to help us achieve our continued growth goals in our Bergen office. The Administrative Assistant will manage IP projects for our international client base. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated and want to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and timely managing foreign filling orders in accordance with established processes and procedures ;
  • Diligently manage supporting documents for each country ;
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and suppliers ;
  • Engaging in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in similar position ;
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills ;
  • Paralegal skills would be an advantage;
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills ;
  • Motivated by a fast-paced team environment ;
  • Has a can-do spirit and is proactive in providing concrete solutions ;
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism ;
  • Ability to work independently and to manage time well.
