Description:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support in handling the administrative aspects of shipyard projects. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of administrative activities, assisting in project teams, and maintaining accurate project documentation. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities (not limited to) the followings:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Assist with office supply management and equipment maintenance.
- Support project teams by coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Schedule appointments, reserve meeting rooms, and ensure necessary resources are available.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, drawings, specifications, reports, and other relevant documents.

- Maintain a centralized document control system to ensure version control, document distribution, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
- day-to-day Admin duties, shipyard liaison, logistics and local transport and services as required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Qualification and experience preferred:
- Diploma in Maritime, Marine related field, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the EPC projects or shipyard industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power-point, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
