Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant at Synergy Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our administrative functions and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including handling phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files for efficient operation.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client and company information.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to accommodate a diverse clientele.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
