In this role, you’ll provide top-notch administrative support to our executives, senior leadership, and clients. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure the smooth flow of operations. With your organizational skills, tech savvy, and impeccable judgment, you’ll be a key player in our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone Wizard: Answer multiple phone lines like a pro, screening and directing calls with ease.
  • Ambassador Extraordinaire: Welcome visitors and vendors with a warm smile, embodying the spirit of Carenet.
  • Mail Maestro: Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages with efficiency and precision.
  • Communication Connoisseur: Prepare professional correspondence, including memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
  • Expense Report Specialist: Assist in processing and organizing expense reports on behalf of the executive team.
  • Meeting Coordinator: Manage schedules for conference rooms, including planning for events and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Travel Guru: Manage travel arrangements for executives, senior leadership, and visiting clients, ensuring smooth journeys every time.

Qualifications:

  • Completed your High School Diploma or GED. If you have your Personal Assistant Certification or Associates Degree that is a plus.
  • Worked as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant for 2 or more years.
  • Have experience with and are proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Worked with multiple types of reports including but not limited to expense reports, travel logs, and other reports using Excel.
  • Worked with Google Docs and Share Point.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
