POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about shaping the future generation and making a positive impact in their lives? We are seeing a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our educational community, you will be responsible for clerical duties within the campus and play a crucial role in creating a warm, caring environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have good working knowledge administrative procedures and above average computer skills
  • Basic proficiency in accounting procedures
  • Posses above average communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and have ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 Step TB
  • Updated Immunizations (Tetanus, MMR)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Standard First Aid & CPR Level C- Within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting families and answering phone calls
  • Prepare and make bank deposits for cheque and cash payments
  • Maintain petty cash for the centre; accurately record dispersal of funds; reconcile and report monthly to accounting department
  • Maintain office supplies and facility supplies
  • Facilitate charitable initiatives
  • Maintain client records to ensure files are accurate, up to date and complete
