Responsibilities:

  • Track purchases and sales, data entry of records
  • Assist Purchase and Sales Managers with invoice and receipt creations
  • Track payments from clients
  • Manage client enquiries
  • Assist Sales managers with handling client accounts
  • Inventory management and recording
  • Track shipping and customs notifications
  • Assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other tasks as needed.
