Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as an Administrative Assistant within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The successful candidate will need to be forward thinking and be able to provide a full range of administrative duties and have the ability to collect and input statistical information on client activity in line with both local and national requirements.
Good organisational and communication skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to work and an ability to deal with distressed and irate patients/carers with sensitivity and diplomacy. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, ideally in a similar role and be able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines. A good general education along relevant experiences and an NVQ in Business Administration III. or willing to work towards. Knowledge of University Health Board IT systems including Myrddin, WCCIS and FACE is also desirable although full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a challenging environment and have a sensitive, caring and non-judgemental attitude to issues faced by people with mental health problems.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
