Description:

National Catholic organization seeks a highly organized, motivated, and detail-orientated person to join our organization’s Promotions unit. The Administrative Assistant will be part of a small team dedicated to helping struggling and marginalized communities here at home and around the world.
The Assistant supports promotion and development activities for multiple national fundraising campaigns. Principal tasks include detailed daily revenue data entry, ongoing management of giving data, donation acknowledgement, invoice processing, interacting with our finance and accounting department, and providing customer service support working directly with diocesan and parish staff.
This role is based in our Washington, DC office and is eligible for telework for up to 2 days a week.
Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a development/finance office and with MS Dynamics 365 preferred. Familiarity with Catholic Church structures and practices is helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.83 - $27.49 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
