Duties For this role Include:
- Processing of requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders on COUPA
- Liaising with the market advisor for any purchase order queries or requests not in the administrator access
- Running SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers and to verify Internal Order transactions
- Dealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct email
- Dealing with action or escalation within PROMPT via admin access
- Weekly Parked and Blocked file processing
- Monthly processing of Goods Received Not Invoiced
- Monthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats database
- Daily monitoring of compliance hub tasks, moving monthly or weekly as required.
- Maintaining shared files and updating procedures
- Forwarding Key Facts and Tool Box Talks to Global Engineering Teams
You will be successful in this role if you;
- Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems
- Are able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You’ll have the aim to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills
- Work alongside both internal and external partners to achieve individual and shared outcomes
- Have proven knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles and contractors management
Skills
- Have validated IT skills as you are going to be responsible for management reporting systems
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
