Description:

We are looking for an EMEA Administrative Assistant to provide executive and interpersonal support to senior leaders within the WWFO organization. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for making leaders and organizations better – through relationships, teamwork, and keeping things running with great process.
Ideally you will be located either in Munich Germany, Reading UK or London UK.
This position requires someone who is a great team player, organized, has excellent communication skills; shows initiative, and drive; and has the ability to set priorities. To be successful, you will anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks; have strong planning and organizational skills and have experience supporting domestic and international employees while the ability to accommodate flexible work schedules based on the needs of the department.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the extended leadership team as needed in the Sales organization
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant to EMEA Vice President
  • Planning, organizing, and handling multiple calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Coordinate meetings, special events such as off-sites, celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Handling and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions
  • Develop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communications
  • Ability to take detailed meeting minutes, identify and supervise action items and follow-ups as needed
  • Prioritize and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communications
  • Manage special projects for and with Executives

  • 5+ years of experience working at an Administrative Assistant level
  • B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience
