REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the life/ health insurance industry would be advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Possess good email etiquette with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle work pressure with a positive and can-do attitude
- Team player with good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and achieve the desired outcome
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight timelines
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (1-year contract) who will be part of our Policy Services team. This role will be assisting to provide administrative support for the Policy Services team’s daily activities and ensure smooth transaction for daily operations. This role requires someone who is analytical and meticulous. This role will also be reporting to the Senior Manager, Policy Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily processing and administrative duties required for a smooth-running process for Life and Investment
- Checking of KYC and partners’ forms or documents and ensure it meets the requirements
- Handle internal and external enquiries (emails and phone calls) and be able to support and ensure customer satisfaction
- To ensure the accuracy of data input and upkeeping of records
- A keen eye to streamline work process and improve operational workflow to keep the way of doing things current and relevant
- Be able to work with the team and or other stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and to improve or develop digital solutions and testing in UAT where required
- Assist and support any ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager
