REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate logistics such as room bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office filing and document management systems, ensuring files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks as required.
- Assist with ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and staff members as requested, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
