Description:

We provide comprehensive global commercial and industrial property insurance, engineering-driven underwriting and risk management solutions, property loss prevention research and professional claims handling.
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant based in Amsterdam and reporting to the Branch Manager. This is an office based role, 32 to 37 hours a week.

If you are proactive, well organized and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude, then this is the role for you!

  • Regular tracking and reporting on branch objectives through updates of dashboards, tracking tools and spreadsheets.
  • Data extraction, collation, and preparation of management reports.
  • (Involved in) Organization of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Preparation of supporting material for internal and external meetings.
  • General administration duties for the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Support Office Manager on a variation of tasks, as appropriate.
  • Back-up of the other Administrative Assistants in the operation as appropriate.
  • Ad hoc project work.
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Schoevers)
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, team-work and numerical skills
  • Full Microsoft Office literacy, including strong Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English - written & oral essential, Dutch fluency highly desirable.
