We formed a rebel enclave to provide world-class counter-autonomous systems, products, and services to support the United States and foreign allied governments, civilian critical infrastructure, and public venues.
Our team designs and builds world-class Counter-Robot systems to provide persistent protection across varied threat environments and mission sets. We manage the entire Counter-Robot kill chain from detection through countermeasures.
We aim to protect humans and property from autonomous and remotely piloted, uncrewed systems (UxS) threats.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines. Fax machines, printers, scanners, postage machine
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and can communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Organized and resourceful.
  • Ability to maintain confidential records.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Must be customer service focused with a willingness to partner and provide general guidance and assistance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A High School Diploma is required. (Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or communications preferred.)
  • 2+ years of administrative/office experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites.
  • Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel expected up to 25% based on needs of the Business.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • It is an essential requirement for the person in this role to have a legal right to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

High Point Aerotechnologies has an immediate need for a talented administrative assistant at our location in Boise, ID. The administrative assistant organizes and coordinates administration duties and office procedures. This administrative assistant is expected to maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects are required. We are looking for a proactive, self-starter who is flexible and a team player. The administrative assistant is expected to coordinate with the division lead to support the office’s daily operations successfully.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
  • Ensure NDAs are signed and on file for all visitors.
  • Notifies staff of visitor arrival.
  • Escort visitors as required.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages.
  • Perform general upkeep tasks of the front lobby, and conference rooms to ensure cleanliness and always maintain satisfactory brand representation.
  • Monitor level of supplies for Boise and Denver facilities and handle shortages. Order supplies as needed for office, and breakroom.
  • Maintain breakroom supplies and tidiness.
  • Assist with onsite client meetings and company events.
  • Schedule and supervise catering for onsite meetings.
  • Procure refreshments and daily snacks for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with management team and team members on various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry to maintain organized records and documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and events by reserving conference rooms and preparing the space.
  • Assisting the president and division lead with expense reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and other administrative support.
  • Coordinates with facilities on general building maintenance, such as HVAC, parking, office vendors, security, etc.
  • Coordinates with IT department on office equipment and performs basic maintenance on printers, toner, paper, and jam fixes.
  • Overseeing and maintaining emergency supplies, protocols, and safety training for the office.
