Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
HS or GED and six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Work in Work Control Call Center, answer multiple phones lines and greet customers. Create various types of work orders and dispatch work requests via, phone calls, emails and radio communications according to procedures.�� Complete work orders and enter mechanics notes into the work order logs.� Send out communications to the department on work order status.� Generate outage notices.� Assist on the Service Account. Sign out keys and notify department when keys are ready for pickup.� Provide backup to Work Control Supervisor.� This position requires the use of two-way radio.�� Preferred experience in call centers or experience answering multiple phone lines and experience with maintenance work order software.� Must be able to multi-task, great organizational skill, strong computer experience including outlook email, excel and word, and work in a busy environment.
