Key Responsibilities That Define Your Impact:
- Monitor and review clinic goals in collaboration with the Regional Clinic Director.
- Assist and track quarterly goals to ensure clinic success.
- Ensure the clinic meets productivity and capacity expectations with guidance from the Regional Clinic Director.
- Co-facilitate engaging clinic meetings alongside the Senior Clinician.
- Audit files under the guidance of the Senior Clinician.
- Assist in completing Annual Reviews to evaluate clinic performance.
- Help establish emergency procedures to ensure the safety of the clinic.
- Manage requests for office maintenance, maintaining a conducive work environment.
- Assist in managing team members’ requests for Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Train and mentor new Administrative Assistants, fostering their success.
- Perform all job duties of an Administrative Assistant, as outlined in the corresponding job description.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
Education and Experience to Excel:
- High school degree or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related/relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in the medical field, preferably in behavioral health.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 products.
