Description:

Interpath Advisory, a financial advisory business with a broad range of specialisms including advisory, deal advisory and restructuring services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this position, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments and assist with day-to-day operations in our Dublin office. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment where your contributions will be valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with document preparation, such as typing, formatting, and editing
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Handle office supply inventory and ordering
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform research and compile data as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
