JARCCO is looking for an Administrative Assistant with some to no experience in the construction industry.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular.
EDUCATION:
- MUST have a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and improve office operations, filing system, policies, standards, procedures, and supplies.
- Payroll, timecards.
- Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
- Plan, implement and monitor employee records, labor law posters, employee manuals, and other documents in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Manage and coordinate employee benefits; medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, bonuses, etc.
- Establish and maintain a system of accounts payable, to include invoicing, purchase orders, check register, etc., as necessary.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expenses reports, etc., as required.
