JARCCO is looking for an Administrative Assistant with some to no experience in the construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular.

EDUCATION:

  • MUST have a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, implement, and improve office operations, filing system, policies, standards, procedures, and supplies.
  • Payroll, timecards.
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
  • Plan, implement and monitor employee records, labor law posters, employee manuals, and other documents in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate employee benefits; medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, bonuses, etc.
  • Establish and maintain a system of accounts payable, to include invoicing, purchase orders, check register, etc., as necessary.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expenses reports, etc., as required.
