Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Graduate from business high school with relevant experience or bachelor’s degree in business, economics or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in managing complex agendas in a structured and reliable way to meet company’s policies and traveler’s needs
  • Open to work on flexible hours
  • Reliability, confidentiality and personal accountability
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Willingness to collaborate with a global team
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of purchase order tracking and execution
  • Interest in working within a technical environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and German

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of global itineraries and travel (visa support, invitation letters, travel expenses, A1 certificates)
  • Independent calendar management
  • Meeting preparation (gathering material for meetings, feedback for interviews etc.)
  • Maintenance of organizational charts, email distribution lists, announcements etc.
  • Event Management (internal & external)
  • Onboarding support for new employees
  • Communicating with internal and external parties, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
