Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is essential to the smooth running of our Auckland Service team and therefore, you will need to be highly organised, show initiative and have effective communication skills. Some of the duties you will be doing in this role include liaising with Service Technicians and allocating jobs, entering in time sheets, scanning and filing, chasing supplier invoices, monitoring H&S data and updating portals. The successful candidate would need to be available for 37.5 - 40 hours per week.

- Ability to think on the go and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner

- Proactive mindset with high level of initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems
