Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and filling as well as administrative duties such as invoicing and processing orders etc
- Weekly submission of invoices via portal & follow-up duties
- Stocks take & logistics managment
- Arrange local & overseas courier and dispatch services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents
- Liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department
