Description:

As an administrative assistant on the Structured Products team at National Bank, you will be an expert in the sector and support stakeholders in legal matters. You will be responsible for carrying out and coordinating specific stages in various projects and will help prepare various legal and other reports and documents, as well as invoicing. In this role, you’ll have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your administrative knowledge and your ability to work diligently and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team at all levels, organizing mail, printing, reserving rooms, booking flights, etc.
  • Participate in the invoicing process, including reviewing and preparing tables.
  • Ensure the steps for implementing structured products are seamless, including circulating documents and following up internally and externally.
  • Develop procedures and processes for implementing and managing structured products to improve efficiency.
