Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Access, Outlook
Set up calendar for Director for Director
Excellent communication and customer service skills essential for this position,
Demonstrate flexibility and take initiative & professional telephone skills,
Organize filing system & maintain files, record such as reports, supplies packing slips & invoices
Collection of accurate daily treatment data for all four renal units & send monthly report tally to accounting department,
Creates spreadsheets and graphs as it relates to renal department
Transcribes policy procedures, meeting minutes and reports,
Assists in accurate collection of clinical outcomes data for monthly QAPI
Prepare bi-weekly renal time cards, review & check for accuracy,
Maintains appropriate staff documents & sends out appropriate information to HR,
Assists hemo-technicians with maintaining par-levels with supplies order,
Perform all other duties as assigned
