JOB SUMMARY
The Service Center Administrative Assistant will handle mail, shipping, phone, and office management duties. The Service Center Administrative Assistant will support the HR Director with tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, employee events, and other projects as assigned. The position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of prioritizing efficiency.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, attentive and thorough (meticulous/conscientious)
- Must be able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and team-oriented
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test and background check
EDUCATION:
HS diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mail (receive, open, scan, “re-deliver”, collect/send, and keep stamps on hand)
- Shipping (receive packages, “re-deliver,” collect/send, and take to FedEx/UPS)
- Phone (answer national line and screen upper management’s calls)
- Office Management (supply ordering, inventory of supplies, conference room scheduling/management – ensure conference rooms are tidy and reserved)
- Events (company-wide, leadership group, branch manager); Meeting Prep (agendas, printing, meals, setup, cleanup); Meeting Schedules; Retreat plans/preparations (contracts, research, cost reporting)
- Other duties as assigned
