Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, minimum 3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive, be proactive, detail oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills to deftly manage the multiple competing priorities of the role.
- Possess good working attitude, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and self-motivated.
- Pleasant with exceptional analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats.
- Ability to prioritize work, meticulous and attention to details and high accuracy of work, result oriented focus.
- A great problem solver, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be a team player, works effectively with various levels within an organization, including senior-level leadership, professionals and staff and quickly build relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations of the company.
- Maintain administrative files, to ensure data and records are in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Receives and greet clients, visitors and guests, provide excellent customer service.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
- Provide administrative support tasks to other teams, maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings.
- Manage the office supplies such as stationery and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform data entry, assist with monthly stock taking.
- Ad-hoc duties allocated by Manager.
