REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage office correspondence, including sorting mail and drafting emails.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
