Our Client:
Our client is a global Steel Manufacturer who is looking to expand their successful roots in Australia. With their head office in Italy, this company operates in over 150 countries and is well known globally for their production of automatic machines, electro-welded mesh and software technologies. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company. This role will be full time work from home for the first 6 months, candidates must be living in Sydney.
Your Duties:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end support to the on-site Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the database with quotes and invoices.
  • Managing diaries and emails for the Engineers efficiently.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and suppliers as necessary.
  • Coordinating site visits, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.

About You:

  • Strong administrative skills or experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work from home and autonomously for the first 6 months.
  • Proficiency in Italian is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
