Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team across various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
- Must be a legal resident or citizen of a European Union member country.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide logistical support for events and meetings, including setting up video conferences and arranging travel accommodations when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as required.
- Prepare reports and presentations, ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
