Description:
We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the manufacturing industry, located in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. This role focuses on providing administrative support, including processing payroll, managing ticketing systems, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing ticketing systems to ensure all tickets are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Handling email communications to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
- Conducting day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
- Using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and store data.
- Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments and managing emails.
- Creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word.
- Developing and presenting reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing data entry tasks to update and maintain database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the manufacturing industry is desirable but not necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or administration would be a plus.
