Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated Administrative Assistant in Carlsbad, California. The role primarily involves providing administrative support to improve the efficiency of operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively both internally and externally, navigate our online platform, and contribute to business development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings to facilitate the successful onboarding of new agencies.
- Regularly communicate with representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with agencies and provide administrative support as required.
- Learn to effectively navigate our online platform and gain proficiency in all products and coverages available.
- Complete special projects assigned by management and perform other duties as requested.
- Focus on cultivating, developing, and expanding business relationships.
- Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls as part of the role.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform tasks and schedule appointments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling and directing inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrated ability in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Proven customer service skills and experience
- Strong capability in data entry and maintaining databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in handling and responding to email correspondence
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
